Our Philosophy

We believe in living harmoniously with nature, focusing on enhancing soil health and promoting a pollinator-friendly environment. Sustainability isn’t just a concept at Little House Farm; it’s a practical, everyday practice that influences everything we do. From the way we manage our three acres of regenerated farmland to the artisan farming products we create, every step is taken with the intention of environmental stewardship and ecological balance.

Regenerating and Thriving

Our journey began on what was once a compacted, dry horse property. Over the past two years, we’ve transformed this land into a vibrant, thriving oasis where water retention and soil health are our top priorities. Our fields are now a rich tapestry of life, hosting a diverse ecosystem of beneficial insects, bacteria, mycorrhizae, mycelium, and a chaotic yet beautifully synchronized array of 13 different plant varieties.

Education and Empowerment

We are dedicated to sharing our knowledge and passion through educational programs. We offer both youth and adult classes that focus on sustainable small farming practices, helping others to start their journey towards a more sustainable lifestyle. Whether you’re a budding farmer, a curious learner, or a seasoned gardener, there’s something here for you to learn and grow.

Artisan Farming Products

Our farm produces unique artisan products like mycorrhizae compost tea and natural deer deterrents. These products are crafted to not only support your gardening efforts but to enhance the natural ecosystem of your own garden or farm.

Join Us

Although we ship our products across the United States, our live educational experiences are primarily based here in the Uintah Basin. We invite you to explore our site, learn about our practices, and perhaps even visit us to see firsthand how sustainability can be beautifully integrated into daily life.

At Little House Farm, we’re more than just a farm; we’re a community, and we’re thrilled to have you join us on this journey towards a more sustainable and nature-connected life.
